While at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, CCS Founder Kim Goluska led the urban planning team that master planned, entitled and ultimately implemented the signature development for London known as the Canary Wharf Development. Conceived of as a series of open spaces and buildings placed within a logical and efficient road and transit framework, the 12.5M square feet of office, trading floors, retail and public spaces has created a new financial center for London that revitalized the vacant Port of London into a major city asset.
